Strategic Positioning
C.L.E.A.R.
Know what you actually carry, and say it in a sentence that survives contact with a sceptic.
“I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding … to devise skilful works.”Exodus 31:3–4Joby Malkin · Biblical sales training
You are not bad at selling. You were handed someone else’s script, and it never fitted, because it was never yours.
Three founding places. By application only.
The thing nobody says out loud
Both cost you the same thing. Both cost you you.
So you do one of two things. You go quiet, undercharge, and call it humility. Or you borrow a personality that isn’t yours, close the deal, and feel wrong about it on the drive home.
The shift
The first man God sent to speak for him said he was no good at speaking. Moses had the calling, the evidence, and the mandate, and he still argued that he was the wrong mouth for the job.
He was not told to become someone more impressive. He was told who made his mouth, and then he was sent with it.
That is the whole shift. You are not waiting to become a natural. You are being sent as yourself, with the skill, the temperament and the history you already have, and there is craft to learn on top of it.
You were commissioned, not conscripted.
“Oh, Lord, I am not eloquent … for I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.”
“Who hath made man’s mouth? … Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt speak.”
Exodus 4:10–12 · ASV
Commissioned teaches selling as a downstream echo of scriptural principle: narrative first, then the principle, then the modern skill. No hype. No income promises. No wealth held up as proof of faith.
The method
One system, built over twenty years of selling in rooms where nobody cared how sincere you were. Each station is a discipline with its own framework, its own exercises, and its own anchor in the text.

Go and look before you speak. Research replaces nerve, so the first approach is never cold.
“And I arose in the night … and viewed the walls of Jerusalem, which were broken down.”Nehemiah 2:12–13E.A.S.E.
Build enough safety that people tell you the truth. Trust is earned in the questions, not the pitch.
“He that giveth answer before he heareth, it is folly and shame unto him.”Proverbs 18:13S.A.M.
Show the work. Proof, story and a picture of the outcome, so conviction does the persuading.
“Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings.”Proverbs 22:29C.A.S.H.
Ask plainly and let the answer be a real answer. A close without pressure is still a close.
“But let your speech be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay.”Matthew 5:37Relationship before revenue. Every time, in that order.
Who is teaching this
I have sold trainers on a shop floor, phone contracts under a target board, insurance to people who had already decided no, and motorsport sponsorship to boardrooms with nothing to gain from saying yes.
I learned the craft properly. I also spent years selling in a way that made me feel like I needed a shower afterwards. Commissioned is what I built when I stopped separating the two: the sales system on one side, the faith on the other, and me somewhere in the middle, tired.
Strength and peace in the same breath.
That last one is the proof I would keep if I had to bin the rest. Nobody has to fund a small charity. There is no product, no return, no fear of missing out to lean on. All you have is a cold approach, a relationship you have to build from nothing, and something worth belonging to. Five figures, more than once, on those terms. That is selling with every lever of pressure taken away.
There aren’t any here yet, and I am not going to invent some. Case studies land in this space as the founding clients finish. That is precisely what the founding rate is for.
Before you apply
The founding cohort
A done-with-you rebuild of how you sell, over eight to ten weeks. Direct with me, start to finish. Three places, then it closes and the rate goes up.
£3,000–£5,000, the founding rate, in exchange for an honest testimonial and a written case study at the end. The price rises once the founding places are filled. Payment plans available. If we get on a call and I do not think I can help you, I will say so and point you somewhere better.
