What happens next

You apply. Five minutes. Enough detail that I can tell whether I can actually help.
I reply within two working days. Either with a link to book a call, or with an honest no and a pointer somewhere better.
We talk for forty-five minutes. No pitch deck. I want to understand where selling is costing you, and you want to work out whether you can stand eight weeks of me.
If it fits, we start. If it does not, you leave the call with the most useful thing I can give you in the time we have.

Three founding places at £3,000–£5,000, in exchange for an honest testimonial and a written case study. Payment plans available. The rate rises once the places are filled — not as a tactic, but because case studies are the only thing I am short of, and after three I will not need to trade on price for them.
