What we collect
If you submit the application form, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, and details about your business and what you want help with. The form is hosted and processed by GoHighLevel on our behalf.
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. This does not identify you personally and does not follow you across other websites.
Why we collect it
To respond to your application, to arrange a conversation, and to provide the services you ask about. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you have initiated, and, where relevant, steps taken prior to entering a contract.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your email on the basis of your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it for anything other than the purpose you gave it to us for.
How long we keep it
Application data is kept for up to twenty-four months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Client records are kept for six years after the end of the engagement, as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email jm@jobymalkin.org and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded application form may set cookies necessary for its own operation. Your browser settings can block cookies if you prefer.
